Hat Sizing Tips

Adventure, Field, Clousburst & Shasta Pill Hats:
Our 2 sizes fit 97% of all adults

Medium: Circumference 21"-22 3/4" / Hat Size 6 3/4 - 7 1/4 "
Large: Circumference 22"-23 7/8" / Hat Size 7 1/4 - 7 7/8

Kids Hats:

Infant: 17" - 18"
Child: 19 1/2" - 20 1/2"
Youth: 20 1/2" - 21 1/2" **

Jill Hat: One size fits all

To measure someone's head, circle the crown of of the head with a string or dental floss (above eyebrows and ears). (A sewing tape measure works the best if available) Use a ruler to measure the string and compare to the above sizes. If in-between sizes, choose the larger. For Adventure hats & Kids Hats loosen or tighten the rear external sizing webbing for a custom fit.

Field Hats have an internal sizing adjustment to customize fit.

**Note: The youth size hats will sometimes fit teens & adults with smaller heads. (20 1/2" - 21 1/2")
