Hat Sizing Tips

Adventure, Clousburst & Shasta Pill: Our 2 sizs fit 95% of all adults

Medium: Circumference 21"-22 3/4" / Hat Size 6 3/4 - 7 1/4 "
Large: Circumference 22"-23 7/8" / Hat Size 7 1/4 - 7 7/8

Kids Hats:

Infant: 17" - 18"
Child: 18" - 19 1/2"
Youth: 19" - 21" **

To measure someone's head, circle the crown of of the head with a string or dental floss (above eyebrows and ears). (A sewing tape measure works the best if available) Use a ruler to measure the string and compare to the above sizes. If in-between sizes, choose the larger. For Adventure hats, loosen or tighten the rear sizing webbing for a custom fit.

For Kids Hats, measure your child's head as above. Kids hats have elastic in the back for secure fit.

**Note: The youth size hats will fit older youths & adults with smaller heads. (19" - 21")
