Shipping and Insurance Information Shipping: Your order will be shipped by the best available method using either US Postal Service Priority or First Class Mail & occasionally via UPS as necessary. Most packages reach their destination within 2-5 business days of shipping depending on location. Due to the extremely high costs of international shipping, we only ship to the US & Canada. *Sorry! but we cannot ship Rainsticks or Hiking Sticks to Canada. If you would like special shipping arrangements, please make a note of it in the "special instructions & comments" box on the billing info page of the shopping cart. We will contact you via e-mail with further info if needed. Shipping Costs: The shipping charge calculated by our shopping cart is 17.5% of the order subtotal for shipping to the US and 25% for shipping to Canada. We find this to generally be an equitable & fair method of calculating costs of packaging & shipping. If the shopping cart should calculate a shipping & handling charge that is high for your order, we will adjust the amount lower. Minimum shipping charge is $4.80 to the US & $8.75 to Canada. Shipping Insurance: You may elect to purchase shipping insurance on your order. Shipping insurance is provided by us and not the Post Office. If you purchase shipping insurance & your item/items are damaged or lost during shipping, we will replace the damaged or lost items.
