In rare instances we occasionally ship via UPS. Most packages reach their destination within 2-5 business days of shipping depending on location. Due to the extremely high costs of international shipping, we only ship to the US & Canada*. If you require special shipping arrangements Or if you do not have an address deliverable by the USPS, please make a note of it in the "special instructions & comments" box on the billing info page of the shopping cart. We will contact you via e-mail with further info if needed. *Shipping Rainsticks or Hiking Sticks over 24" to Canada requires special shipping - please email us first for costs before ordering these items. 4A) Shipping Costs: The shipping charge calculated by our shopping cart is 17.5% of the order subtotal for shipping to the US and 25% for shipping to Canada. We find this to generally be an equitable & fair method of calculating costs of packaging & shipping. If the shopping cart should calculate a shipping & handling charge that is high for your order, we will adjust the amount lower. Minimum shipping charge is for any order is $4.95 to the US & $8.75 to Canada. 4B) Shipping Insurance: You may elect to purchase shipping insurance on your order. In most instances the shipping insurance is provided by us and not the Post Office. If you purchase shipping insurance & your item/items are damaged or lost during shipping, we will replace the damaged or lost items. 5) Guaranteed Satisfaction: Lizard King Arts strives to provide the highest quality of merchandise at a good price. If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise purchased from Lizard King Arts, you may return it in "new condition" within 15 days for a refund or exchange. (Shipping charges will not be refunded). Please e-mail customer service at: customerservice@lizardkingarts.com for return procedures before returning any merchandise. Note: A restocking fee may apply on returns that are determined to be damaged, returned in a non-resellable condition, or past the 15 day period. Guarantee does not apply to special orders or custom orders - these will be handled on a case by case basis & cancelled special orders may incur a restocking fee up to 25%. 6) Privacy Policy: Lizard King Arts will not sell or give your e-mail address or any information about you to anyone without your permission. 7) Receiving your order: All orders are processed between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (PST), Monday thru Friday. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days. If there will be any significant delay in filling your order or if the item is backordered, you will be notified via e-mail.
